Did you vote early or by mail? Here’s how to track your ballot in Miami and Broward
The two-week early voting period wrapped up Sunday in Miami-Dade and Broward ahead of Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
You can track the status of your mail-in ballot by visiting the Supervisor of Election websites in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe counties. You can also check your voting status online on Election Day.
You can find out whether you have a request for a ballot on file, the date the ballot was mailed to you and the date your completed ballot was received by the Elections Department. After you returned the ballot or voted in person at an early voting site or your precinct, you can use the simple tool to see if your vote was counted.

Tip: You can find a list of all 67 counties in Florida on the Florida Division of Elections website under the tab For Voters. Click on your county name, then click on the Voter Information tool and fill in your name and date of birth. If there was something wrong with your signature, you will be given a link to fix the problem. You can also check on your registration status and sign up for notifications.
Mail deadline: The Postal Service recommends mailing your completed ballot one week before the arrival deadline, which is Election Day, Nov. 5.
Note to procrastinators: You should have mailed your ballot back by now. The deadline for it to arrive (not postmarked) is 7 p.m. Nov. 5. If you have a mail-in ballot that you have not returned yet, you may want to play it safe and drop it off at an early voting center through Sunday, Nov. 3, or to your county’s election headquarters on Election Day, Nov. 5. If your mailed ballot arrives after 7 p.m. on Election Day, your vote won’t be counted.
