Blast in Syria's Damascus wounds several people, state news agency says
BEIRUT - A number of people were wounded by an explosion in a cafe in the Syrian capital Damascus on Thursday, state news agency SANA reported, adding that the cause of the blast remained unclear.
State television said the blast was near the Palace of Justice.
