Trump names James McDonald as US attorney for Manhattan
WASHINGTON - President Donald Trump on Saturday said he will appoint James McDonald, who previously served as an assistant U.S. attorney and CFTC enforcement chief, to replace Jay as the U.S. attorney for the Southern District Of New York.
