Six “courageous” women came forward with allegations they were drugged and sexually assaulted by a man they met on a dating site, Pennsylvania authorities say.

Now, the man who officials say met the women on SugarDaddyMeet.com faces a long list of charges following the series of events that took place for more than a year, according to a Sept. 11 news release from the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

Each of the victims, whose ages range from 17 to 30, told officials they met 40-year-old Andrew Gallo through the website, which authorities say is described as “a platform for generous men and attractive women looking to form honest relationships.” Gallo used the username “DREWSTER420for several of the victims, while using the name “KAE” for another, officials said.

Gallo arranged for each of the dates to meet him at his house, where he would provide them drinks that contained controlled substances, the district attorney’s office said.

“The victims... described feeling strange after consuming the drinks, not how they would typically feel after imbibing alcohol,” investigators said in the news release. “They described feeling a lack of control during the sexual encounter and unable to stop anything Gallo wished to do. The victims reported side effects from the drugs that including staying up for days, hallucinations, and psychosis.”

The victims said Gallo would have “rough sex” with them, prosecutors said. Some, according to investigators, reported they were choked until they passed out.

Methamphetamine and other drugs were found in the victims’ lab results, authorities said. When police executed a search warrant at Gallo’s home in August, they collected a tequila bottle that had meth in it, according to the district attorney.

Gallo’s charges include five counts of rape by causing impairment, six counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and four counts of strangulation, court records show. He’s also charged with “two counts of selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverage to minors, and one count of corruption of minors,” according to the district attorney.

What the victims said

The six victims were interviewed by police and each provided an account of their alleged encounters with Gallo.

Victim 1: The 24-year-old woman found out she was drugged when she took a drug test for work, according to court records.

“She felt strange as she felt both energetic and calm/cool,” the victim said of her encounter with Gallo, court documents show. “She stated she felt if she fell asleep her body was not going to awaken.”

Victim 2: She told investigators she felt as if “all her inhibitions were gone” after she consumed a drink given to her by Gallo, according to prosecutors.

“The feeling she was experiencing that night was unusual and not a feeling she experienced the previous times she had consumed wine,” the 29-year-old woman told investigators, the documents show.

Victim 3: The third victim, who police said was 30 years old, gave her sister Gallo’s address before their meeting. The sister then called police when she couldn’t get in touch with the victim, according to court documents.

“(The victim) stated because of the substance(s) Gallo gave her, she was up for almost seven days straight,” according to the prosecutors.

Victim 4: Police said the fourth victim felt “mentally and physically unwell” after returning home from a night with Gallo. She later went to a hospital for an evaluation, and doctors found drugs in her system, according to the court documents.

“(The victim) remembered Gallo choking her to unconsciousness more than once, stating she would wake up and recall him doing it again,” authorities said. “(The victim) tried to fight him off, but was unable. She stated he appeared to be ‘enjoying it.’”

Victim 5: The 18-year-old victim said Gallo would choke her, despite her saying she did not want him to do that, the affidavit states.

“After ingesting the pills and the alcoholic beverage... her stomach then started burning and she vomited several times,” police said. “(The victim) stated that Gallo pressured her for sex, even after she was continuously throwing up.”

Victim 6: Gallo is accused of pouring 15 shots of tequila in the 17-year-old victim’s mouth.

“(The victim) believed Gallo was trying to get her drunk all night,” according to the court documents. “When she did not want to drink anymore, Gallo poured the alcohol on her vagina.”

Cops believe there are more victims

Authorities “strongly believe” there are more victims and are asking them to come forward.

Anyone who believes they went on a date with Gallo and were drugged is asked to contact Bucks County detectives at 215-348-6354.

Gallo was jailed on a $5 million bail, investigators said.

Bucks County is about a 45-mile drive north from Philadelphia.
