Saturday’s lottery hits came from Miami-Dade ($250,000) and two Publix stores
Saturday night proved to be a happy night for three players in two of the Powerball, Florida Lotto and Fantasy 5 draw games.
The Powerball jackpot is up to $87 million for Monday, and the Florida Lotto top prize will be at $17 million for the Wednesday draw after nobody had a ticket with all those main draw numbers.
But, the Florida Lotto Double Play numbers — 5, 8, 9, 17, 26, 27 — were chosen by someone who played at the Mobil station at 2601 SW 137th Ave. in West Miami-Dade. That’s a $250,000 bit of fortune.
The Fantasy 5 evening draw came up 2, 5, 7, 21, 30, the choices of a Lake Placid Publix shopper at 586 U.S. 27 N. and on a Quick Pick ticket at 13401 Summerlin Rd. in Fort Myers. Each ticket won $63,957.
