Publix, Winn-Dixie, RaceTrac sold Florida Lottery winners, one worth $1 million

The two jackpot winners weren’t the biggest winners among Wednesday’s Powerball, Florida Lotto, Cash4Life and Fantasy 5 drawings. The top take went to the person with the $1 million ticket.

The Cash4Life Cash Ball came up 1, the only number not on the Quick Pick ticket of player at a Jacksonville RaceTrac, 6913 103rd St. Having 3, 28, 38, 40 and 49 still meant it was good for $1,000 a week for life, in reality $52,000 per year for at least 20 years. Or the winner could choose a one-time cash hit of $1 million.

Earlier Wednesday, the Fantasy 5 midday draw numbers — 3, 11, 16, 20, 22 — matched the choices of a player at a Sebring Winn-Dixie, 600 Sebring Square. That won $55,193.

The Fantasy 5 evening drawing produced Wednesday’s other jackpot winner, who enjoyed $113,496 of good fortune from a free Quick Pick ticket. The machine at Publix, 1478 W. Granada Blvd. in Ormond Beach, spit out a ticket with 5, 21, 29, 31 and 32.

These tickets must be cashed at the Florida Lottery main office in Tallahassee or one of the nine district offices.
