DeSoto Bridge over Manatee River reopens after crash blocked traffic, police say
Southbound lanes on the DeSoto Bridge in Manatee County reopened around 6:50 p.m. Tuesday after a crash blocked all traffic, police said
The Bradenton Police Department said the crash caused traffic delays from Palmetto into Bradenton and asked drivers to use the Green Bridge in the meantime.
The Bradenton Police Department and Palmetto Police Department both responded to the scene of the crash.
Further information about the crash was immediately available Tuesday evening.
