42-year-old Bradenton man critically injured in motorcycle crash, FHP says

A 42-year-old Bradenton man was critically injured in a motorcycle crash early Sunday morning, Florida Highway Patrol said in a news release Sunday.

The wreck happened at 2:57 a.m. on 44th Avenue East near First Street West in Bradenton, FHP said.

Troopers say the motorcycle was traveling west on 44th Avenue when it collided with a concrete curb.

The rider was taken to Blake Medical Center in critical condition. No other information was provided.

The crash remained under investigation on Sunday.
