Overnight lane closures planned for bridge repair above Manatee River on Interstate 75
Starting Monday night, drivers can expect lane closures and traffic delays on Interstate 75 as construction crews work on bridge deck repairs.
According to a release, the Florida Department of Transportation will temporarily close lanes at the Manatee River and Salt Marsh for bridge deck repairs next week. The closures are expected to run overnight between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.
The Manatee River closure will affect two southbound lanes on Monday and Tuesday night. The Salt Marsh closure will close some northbound lanes on Wednesday and Thursday night.

Commuters are asked to drive with caution.
