Tampa Bay bridge reopened after gravel spill
Northbound lanes of the Howard Frankland Bridge have been reopened after workers cleared gravel from the roadway.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the gravel spilled from an unknown vehicle. Lanes were reopened by 3:15 p.m.
