Traffic Watch: Your morning commute on July 31

Here’s what you may run into on your morning commute Monday:

• A crash was reported on 14th Avenue East at 15th Street East around 5:10 a.m., according to the Florida Highway Patrol. There is no roadblock.
• A crash with roadblock was reported on Swift Road at Nassau Street in Sarasota around 5:53 a.m., according to the Florida Highway Patrol. There is a complete roadblock on Swift Road.
• Two pedestrians were struck in a crash was reported around 3:52 a.m. in Pinellas on northbound U.S. 19 at Alderman Road, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. One pedestrian died at the scene while the other was transported to an area hospital, and northbound U.S. 19 lanes are closed as of 5:17 a.m.
