As of 6:40 a.m., no major traffic incidents were reported in the Manatee County area, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

• Around 1:32 a.m., a car crash was reported on northbound Interstate 75 at mile marker 216 in Manatee County, but there is no roadblock, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
• Around 4:13 a.m., a car crash with injuries was reported on Desoto Road between Avant Avenue and Harold Avenue in Sarasota, but there is no roadblock.
• In Tampa, Nebraska Avenue between Hillsborough Avenue and Sligh Avenue is closed due to a crash at 6:34 a.m., according to Bay News 9. A suggested alternative route is Florida Avenue.

Traffic patterns look clear, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.
