State Road 70 closed in Myakka after crash

Eastbound and westbound lanes of State Road 70 are blocked after a car turned over.

The crash, which occured around 12:10 p.m. at the intersection of Betts Road in Myakka, involves an overturned car with entrapment, according to the Manatee County Emergency Communications Center.

The extent of injuries are unknown at this time.
