Serious crash completely blocking State Road 64 in Myakka City

MYAKKA CITY -- At least one person was hurt in a crash that blocked a portion of State Road 64 in Myakka City Wednesday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at 7:20 a.m. at the intersection of State Road 64 and Bear Bay Road, troopers said.

It has caused a "complete road block" on State Road 64. Troopers arrived at 8:03 a.m.

There were unspecified injuries involved in the crash.
