Yosa Whitney of Lakewood Ranch High School enjoys journalism because it allows her to be informed about events and connect with peers through their opinions.

"I like being part of the school and seeing my stories posted to the school website," she said.

Outside of school, I work at Ed's Tavern and enjoy doing community service.

I like LRHS because it's a connected environment through the various clubs and sports we have."
