Senior Meaghen Swedo of Manatee School for the Arts

Meaghen Swedo, senior

Meaghen Swedo is a senior at Manatee School for the Arts. Most of her schedule consists of honors/advanced placement courses.

She hopes journalism will help improve her writing skills, and advance her vocabulary.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing and drawing to reduce the stress of life.

Meaghen is also in various school clubs and organizations, which include French Club, National Honors Society and Student Council.

Her post-secondary school plans consist of earning a bachelor's degree in either biology or social science, and getting accepted into medical school to become a family doctor.
