Shining moment: Through her Nicaraguan accent, Baltodano thanked her husband, "her rock," for supporting her as she completed the English for speakers of other languages program at MTC.

Interesting: For the first time, graduates received diplomas and certificates from instructors as opposed to the superintendent.
