Shining Moment: Student speaker Grace Jean-Pierre had her classmates laughing as she talked about lighter moments during their high school career. And the she brought more than a few to tears by concluding that she wanted to close with “one word that feels heavy in my stomach ... goodbye.”

Best quote: “Don’t click on every link that someone sends you,” student speaker Autumn Ferrick in making several suggestions for future success. Others included saying “please” and “thank you,” and standing for something.

Interesting sight: When faculty member and proud mom Nadine Anderson stepped in for Terence Devine to award a diploma to her daughter, Jordan Luchte, and then walked her across the stage to Principal Bill Jones.
