Six Manatee County school employees retire with 222 years of service

Six Manatee County School District maintenance and operations employees are retiring with a combined 222 years of service.

The employees: Mark Davis, analyst and improvement, 42 years, 10 months; Dan Davis, industrial equipment repair, 38 years, 1 month; Ronnie Edwards, lead in industrial equipment repair, 36 years, 10 months; Mel Wilson, irrigation tech, 35 years, 6 months; Jimmie Skinner, lead carpenter, 34 years, 11 months; and Bill Braselton, carpenter, 33 years, 11 months.
