BRADENTON -- The Nolan Middle School principal returned to work on Monday after the district concluded an "administrative review."
Scot Boice was back at school on Monday, Manatee County School District spokesman Mike Barber confirmed. Boice missed a week of school while the district investigated "assertions" that were not related to students. The district would not say what the assertions were that prompted the administrative review and Boice to miss work.
No formal report or investigation of the assertions completed by district staff was available for review on Monday.
Boice, former principal at Lee Middle School, has been at Nolan since fall 2014.
