School district seeks community input on school planning

MANATEE -- The Manatee County School District is seeking community input in planning for the district's growth.

A questionnaire is available on the district's website, manateeschools.net, A banner titled "Help shape the future of our schools, School District of Manatee County Facilities Master Planning" leads to the questionnaire

The questionnaire will be available through Sunday night. The results of the questionnaire and other findings from the district's Facilities Master Planning process will be discussed during a School Board workshop Jan. 19 from 2-5 p.m. at the School Support Center in Bradenton.

In addition to the questionnaire, the banner link on the district's website leads to a page that provides background information on the school district's Facilities Master Planning process that has been going on since last September.
