Rowlett Academy to host open house

BRADENTON -- Rowlett Academy, a public charter school in Manatee County, is accepting applications for their school choice period, which runs from mid-January to mid-February.

A lottery deciding who will be accepted to the charter is slated for Feb. 29. It is mandatory for all applicants to take a school tour or attend an Open House on Feb. 4 at 6 p.m., as well as to fill out an application to be considered for the lottery. Those interested can contact Rowlett Academy at 941-708-6100 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. to schedule a tour or for more information.
