BRADEN RIVER -- Eight Braden River Elementary School students will perform in one of two All-State elementary music ensembles, after 800 students auditioned for spots.

These students will perform with the FMEA All-State Elementary Chorus or Orff Ensemble in Tampa, January 14 or 15, 2016 at the Tampa Convention Center.

The school's teacher, David Katz, is a member of the Florida Music Educators Association and the Florida Elementary Music Educators Association. Elementary school students in 4th and 5th grades are eligible to audition. The 17th FMEA All-State Elementary Chorus will be under the direction of Don Ester.
