Nate's Honor Animal Rescue takes in dogs from two cruelty cases
BRADENTON -- Nate's Honor Animal Rescue received Thursday the first group of animals from a confiscation case.
"They will not be available for adoption until they can be medically evaluated and spayed/neutered," read a status update from the shelter's Facebook page along with a photo of three dogs.
On Sunday morning, the shelter posted on Facebook it has been asked to take in dogs confiscated from two cruelty cases. No details of the cases were provided.
Every adoption of canines already processed opens a kennel so more dogs can be helped, according to the post to its more than 17,000 followers.
"We will have a packed house so please consider adopting one of our dogs we currently have available to help make space," Thursday's post read. "If you cannot adopt and want to help with supplies like bleach, wet dog and puppy food, paper towels, dish and laundry soap are always appreciated!"
No more information was provided on the confiscation case.
