Cops: Bradenton man becomes violent with husband during argument over homosexual porn

MANATEE -- A man was arrested after getting violent with his husband during an argument about homosexual porn while he was possibly on drugs, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

The victim, who told deputies that he has lived with his husband for seven months and they got married in Manatee in December, said he came home to the 1200 block of 67th Drive East in Sarasota at 1:26 a.m. March 13 to find Michael Wilson, "dancing around the house in a 'g-string' cooking dinner making a mess," according to an arrest report.

The victim told deputies he confronted Wilson about looking at homosexual porn and talking to other men on a chat room on his cell phone. Wilson denied he was speaking to anyone or looking at homosexual porn, deputies said.

Wilson became angry during the argument and pushed the victim against the wall, according to the report. The deputies didn't observe any injuries and the victim denied medical treatment.

Deputies said they believed Wilson was under the influence of alcohol or drugs due to his "erratic behavior," so he was taken to the hospital where he was medically cleared.

Wilson was then arrested and taken to the Manatee County jail. He was released on March 14.
