Several vehicles burglarized in Ellenton subdivision

ELLENTON -- The Manatee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a rash of vehicle burglaries that occurred in an Ellenton subdivision.

Between 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, and 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, several unlocked vehicles were burglarized in the 5800 block of Broad River Run in the Covered Bridge Estates subdivision in Ellenton, according to a news release.

No other details were provided.
