Manatee Sheriff: Mother, 23, and her baby, 8 months, located

UPDATE: A mother and her baby, who were reported missing, were located Monday evening.

Rychera Lavonda Jordan, 23, and her baby Adorian McGriff, 8 months, were found in good health, according to the Manatee County sheriff's office.

MANATEE -- A mother and her baby have been reported missing, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Rychera Lavonda Jordan, 23, and her baby Adorian McGriff, 8 months, were both last seen by Jordan's mother at 10 p.m. Feb. 24 in Palmetto. According to a release, Jordan and her son were gone the following morning.

Deputies said the child's clothes, car seat, and other necessities were left behind.

According to the sheriff's office, the family has not been able to make contact with Jordan since her disappearance and are concerned for her and her son's welfare.
