30-year-old man shot in Bradenton

MANATEE -- Deputies are looking for three men in connection with a shooting early Wednesday that left one man injured and several bullet holes in nearby cars, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

The 30-year-old victim called law enforcement at 1:50 a.m. and said he had been shot in the wrist and leg in the 100 block of 59th Avenue East, according to a release. Deputies arrived in the 5700 block of Fifth Street East and found the victim was shot in the right wrist and right calf.

Deputies found several vehicles that were struck by bullets at the crime scene.

The victim was taken to the hospital and his injuries are not life-threatening. Deputies did not provide a description of suspects.
