Bradenton juvenile arrested after stolen gun fired in eviction dispute

BRADENTON -- A Bradenton juvenile was arrested at 11:18 a.m. Friday after police responded to a report of shots being fired, according to the Bradenton Police Department.

The incident took place at a home in the 1400 block of 18th Street West. Responding officers found a shot had been fired in the residence following a disturbance between an evicted resident and the landlord.

Police found a shotgun during the investigation already reported as stolen out of the agency.

Bradenton police Capt. William Fowler confirmed the suspect is a juvenile. No more information was available.
