Hit and run driver hits one SUV in Bradenton

BRADENTON -- The Florida Highway Patrol is looking for A hit-and-run driver after an SUV was struck in east Bradenton at 1:15 p.m. Saturday.

A 65-year-old Bradenton man was southbound on 33rd Street East in Bradenton past the intersection with 55th Drive East in a 2011 Honda Pilot when a speeding car crashed into the back of the SUV, according to the report.

The vehicle, described as a newer model gray Dodge Charger with a temporary tag, was last seen westbound on 63rd Avenue East.
