Search of Bradenton home reveals drugs, stolen firearm

MANATEE -- A man was arrested at 3:10 p.m. Friday in Bradenton after a search of a home revealed drugs and a stolen firearm, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Branden Sanders, 19, was arrested at 1215 59th Ave. E. Bradenton, according to the release.

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Division investigated the sale of illegal narcotics from the residence and obtained a search warrant was executed.

Detectives reportedly found cocaine, marijuana and a stolen firearm in the home.

Sanders was charged with two counts of sale of heroin, two counts sale of cocaine, two counts possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of cocaine and marijuana.

Booking information was not immediately available, according to the sheriff's office website.
