6-year-old child struck by car in Bradenton
BRADENTON -- A vehicle struck a 6-year-old Monday afternoon, according to the Bradenton Police Department.
The child was struck in the 6500 block of 34th Avenue West at 4:07 p.m., according to a report.
The child suffered serious injuries and was flown to All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg. The injuries are not life-threatening.
Police did not say if charges would be filed against the driver.
