Endangered Sarasota man found unharmed

SARASOTA -- A Sarasota man listed as endangered has been found in Venice unharmed, according to the Sarasota Police Department.

Stephen Mink, 57, was last seen at about 10:45 a.m. at Sarasota Health and Rehab, 1524 South East Ave., Sarasota, according to a news release. Mink has medical conditions and is without his medication.

He was found on a SCAT bus on his way to Walmart when the driver recognized him from the alert that was sent out, police said.
