3 Palmetto vehicles targeted in burglary attempts

MANATEE -- Three vehicles in the Oakhurst subdivision were targeted by burglars between 3 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Saturday, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Two unoccupied vehicles were entered and a third defied the suspects in the 2300 block of 50th Street Circle East, Palmetto.

The incident is under investigation.
