Man robbed while sitting in car in Bradenton

BRADENTON -- A man was robbed early Tuesday while sitting in his car in Bradenton, according to Bradenton police.

About 1:32 a.m., the victim was in the 1900 block of Seventh Avenue East, when two assailants approached him with a screwdriver and told him to drive to another location, according to a report.

The assailants took his credit cards and fled the area on foot, police said.
