Man charged with stalking Bradenton woman and exposing himself

BRADENTON -- A man was arrested and charged with stalking a Bradenton woman, loitering, and exposing himself, according to the Bradenton Police Department.

At 9:44 p.m. Saturday, Andrew Miller, 20, followed the victim to a vehicle and then back to an apartment in the 900 block of 53rd Street East in Bradenton, according to a police report. Miller had reportedly been following the woman for a couple months.

Miller exposed himself then and began to masturbate in front of her, the report states. Police found and arrested Miller. He is charged with simple stalking, loitering or prowling, and exposure of sexual organs.

He bonded out of the Manatee County jail on Sunday on bonds totaling $1,120.
