Teenager missing since Friday may be with a gang

BRADENTON -- A 15-year-old girl who was missing since Friday and believed to be with a criminal gang has been located and returned to her family.

Rosemary Phillipson, was returned to her mother, Martha Gallardo, Monday evening, according to a report from the Manatee County Sheriff's office.

The teenager had been missing since Friday.
