Manatee sheriff: No injuries reported in weekend carjacking in Bradenton

MANATEE -- Two suspects carjacked a woman's pickup at gunpoint in Bradenton sometime between 11:59 p.m. Saturday and 1 a.m. Sunday, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

A 32-year-old victim was driving her pickup in the area of 12th Street and 21st Avenue West. when two suspects approached her vehicle.

According to the sheriff's office report, a male called "Willie" pointed a gun at the victim, told her to get out and leave the car running. The last names of the suspects, , including a female named "Camille," were not fully provided.

According to the release, the two suspects drove off in the stolen vehicle. The victim was not injured, deputies reported.
