Bradenton woman's boyfriend charged with kicking door in, shoving her

BRADENTON -- A man was arrested after kicking in a door of his his girlfriend's Bradenton home and shoving her at 10:51 p.m. Friday, according to the Bradenton Police Department.

The boyfriend showed up at a home in the 1800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue East in Bradenton after she asked him to stay away, according to a police report. He reportedly kicked in her door and shoved her.

He tried to drive off but police stopped the vehicle and arrested him.
