Male victim stabbed in shoulder sent to Manatee Memorial Hospital

BRADENTON -- A male victim was transported to Manatee Memorial Hospital after being stabbed in his shoulder at 6:42 p.m. Monday, according to the Bradenton Police Department.

The incident took place in the 1000 block of 27th Street Court East, Bradenton. Bradenton police dispatch received a trouble call and officers on scene determined the calls were related, police said.

"Officers received zero cooperation from involved parties and the circumstances surrounding case are unknown at this time," according to the report.

Photos of the victim were taken by an on-duty sergeant, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
