Bradenton man, 45, charged with indecent exposure after walking with pants and underwear down

BRADENTON -- A man was charged with exposing himself in Bradenton, according to the Bradenton Police Department.

Bradford Howard, 45, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of 19th Avenue West, Bradenton, according to the report.

Howard was lying in the 700 block of 19th Avenue West when he pulled down his pants, exposing himself, turned over and began making a masturbation motion.

Police said Howard then tried walking from the area with his pants and underwear down, according to the report.

An officer reportedly found Howard lying on his back with his pants and underwear down to his knees with his genitals exposed.

Howard was charged with indecent exposure and held in Manatee County hail on $5,000 bond, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office website.
