Masked gunman robs store in downtown Bradenton

BRADENTON -- A masked gunman early Friday robbed a 7-Eleven store in downtown Bradenton, according Bradenton police.

About 2:16 a.m., the robber, wearing a black mask and carrying a small revolver, robbed the store at 902 14th St. W., police said.

Responding officers set up a perimeter and searched the area, but they were unable to find a suspect, according to police.

There were no reports of injuries.
