East Parrish man charged with having more than 300 images of child porn in computer

MANATEE -- The Manatee County Sheriff's Office has charged a 30-year-old East Parrish man with having more than 300 images of sexual performances by children on his computer.

Christopher T. Goff, of Parrish, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. Thursday, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Detectives began an investigation relating to child pornography Sept. 8.

A computer containing more than 300 files of suspected child pornography was seized as a search warrant was executed at the residence Thursday after it was determined Goff was the suspect in the case.

Files containing child pornography were found and Goff was charged with sexual performance by a child.
