Sarasota detectives trying to identify credit card thieves
SARASOTA -- Detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying a man and a woman who they believe stole several credit cards from an office at Ringling College on Sept. 15, according to the Sarasota Police Department.
The man and woman are shown on surveillance video walking into an office located at 2700 N. Tamiami Trail and looking around several times before getting into an elevator.
The two stole several credit cards and made purchases at CVS and Walgreens worth several thousand dollars in Manatee County, according to a release.
The Sarasota Police Department has burglary charges for the man and woman and the Bradenton Police Department and Manatee County Sheriff's Office have fraud charges for them.
The vehicle they arrived and left in was also caught on the video.
