Bradenton man killed in head-on crash with semi-truck, police say

A Bradenton man was killed Monday during a two-vehicle crash on Highway 97 in Sherman County, Oregon, according to Oregon State Police.

The 64-year-old Bradenton man, Kenneth Frank MacDonald, was driving a Honda HRV and traveling north on Highway 97 when it left the travel lane for an unknown reason around 4:02 a.m., according to a news release.

The vehicle then collided head-on with a semi-truck driven by a 32-year-old California man.

MacDonald was pronounced dead on the scene, Oregon State Police said. The semi driver sustained no major injuries in the crash, according to the news release.

Further information was not immediately available Tuesday evening.
