Here’s how many Manatee County drivers were arrested for DUI on New Year’s Eve 2022
During the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office annual New Year’s Eve “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” saturation patrol, deputies arrested seven impaired drivers.
The traffic unit also made 13 misdemeanor arrests, issued three summons and wrote 40 citations, the sheriff’s office said in a news release.
In addition, the unit wrote 18 warnings to motorists for various violations.
The traffic unit will conduct its next saturation patrol on Jan. 27.
