Have you seen one of these Manatee fugitives? A reward of up to $3,000 could be yours
The weekly list of featured fugitives has been updated by the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office. This week’s changes include the arrest of one suspect and the addition of three new suspects.
Deputies say Rachael Jumper, 22, was arrested Aug. 8 for possession of heroin and violation of probation. She is being held without bond at the Manatee County Jail.
According to a release, Juan Carlos Rivera Rosario, 40, is wanted for robbery with a gun or deadly weapon, aggravated assault and violation of probation. Darrell Lowe, Jr., 52, is wanted for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and armed burglary.
Lester Tresalus, 19, is wanted for burglary, the sheriff’s office says.
Authorities are still looking for three other suspects:
- Jerome Heaven, Jr., 42, is wanted for violation of a domestic injunction.
- Tanya Hernandez-Pompa, 44, is wanted for violation of probation and possession of meth.
- Dequante Hawkins, 24, is wanted for grand theft auto, domestic battery and violation of supervised release.

Tipsters are eligible for rewards of up to $3,000. These fugitives are wanted by law enforcement as of press time. Apprehensions may occur to change the status of fugitives.
