Sarasota nurse uses fake Disney porn to rape child, cops say

A 48-year-old Sarasota man is behind bars after using fake Disney characters engaged in sexual acts to coerce an 8-year-old girl into performing sexual acts on him, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say Jerry Andrews would also show the young girl porn videos of adults engaging in sexual acts and would tell her that he wanted her to do that to him.

The abuse went on for about a year, according to the arrest report.

A search warrant was obtained for Andrews’ computer where investigators found websites involving pornographic Disney characters, officials said.

Andrews was booked into the Sarasota County jail on Monday on charges of sexual battery on a child and obscene material distributed to a child. He is being held without bond.

According to public records, Andrews has been a registered nurse since 2018 and had recently obtained his advanced nurse practitioner license earlier this year.
