Someone fired a gun on Siesta Key. Cops are investigating
The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is currently responding to a disturbance on Siesta Key.
Deputies were first alerted to a discharge of a firearm around 2:11 p.m. in the 1000 block of Contento Street.
At this time, all parties involved are accounted for and detectives are on scene to determine what charges, if any, are applicable.
There are no known injuries at this time.
An investigation is ongoing.
