One person shot after argument escalates outside Bradenton residence

One person was hospitalized with a gunshot wound after what started as an argument outside a Bradenton residence turned physical Saturday night.

According to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened just before 10 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of 39th Avenue West.

One of the two subjects was armed with a handgun, according to MCSO, and once it turned physical, one person was shot.

No other details have been released by MCSO. The investigation continues, and no arrests have been made at this time.
